A Winter Maternity Session

Winter is my favorite time of year to shoot at the field. The location of this field is in Bedford, VA and when the sun hits just right, the space glows with a soft texture that’s almost angelic! It just lights me up and I get so excited while shooting! :)
This maternity session was exactly that! This mama was expecting twins and we had fun planning her clothing options and session styling. She had access to my Exclusive Preparation Guide, but she also took advantage of my complimentary Wardrobe Consultation and came out to the studio ahead of time to try on dresses and finalize the look of her session. Dad’s clothing complimented the selected dresses perfectly and he was a trooper to be up for outfit changes, too! Outfit changes help add more variety to maternity sessions, so I am always up to set up my pop-up changing room to help encourage them on-site! :)
